Are you curious if your local stream might contain plastic fragments or microplastics?
Click Here to submit your stream to be considered a study site.
The number of study sites is limited and the deadline to submit sites is December 20.
Site sampling will begin in early 2025 and the District anticipates holding a public presentation on the results in March.
This project is supported by funding from the DEP Environmental Education Grant Program. [Application deadline Nov. 15]
